Nikolai K. Winge

Nikolai K. Winge is CEO in Holth & Winge, which specialises in legal advice and legal reviews within planning and building/construction law, administrative law and real estate.

Nikolai has a broad academic background, having been Head of Department and associate professor within environmental law at NMBU, associate professor within administrative law at UiO and senior advisor to the Parliamentary Ombud.

In 2012 Nikolai received H.M. King of Norway’s gold medal for his doctoral dissertation on environmental law.
