REQ, together with Brække Eiendom and Bjerknes Eiendom, has now completed the closing of a significant property portfolio acquisition in Drammen city center.

The portfolio, previously part of Union Eiendomsutvikling’s central holdings, consists of five properties at Grønland/Union Brygge, comprising around 12,300 square meters of building area and approximately 640 parking spaces. The area is an attractive city district along the Drammen River, featuring a strong mix of business, culture, education, and dining.
